(Like CB who dissapeared for a week with no word!! *Cough* REHAB *Cough*)
You can do so HERE and then HERE
I FINALLY heard back frome the "Blogging Awards" people. And no, they didn't answer a single question. I will copy and paste the email:

Dear Miss C,

Congratulations! Sarah here, and your blog, Lunatic Whimsy, was determined
to be one of the best blogs to exude overall brilliance. And so, it has
received our 2010 Top 40 Stay at Home Mom Blogs award!
You can see your name amongst our winners here at:
Winners were chosen through a scoring system led by internet nominations,
which came from your reader base!
You can let your readers know you won by embedding the badge code to one of
the different awards graphics found at:
If you choose to accept or decline the award, please let me know.
Please do not hesitate to call or email if you have any questions. Many
questions can be answered at
bloggingawards.org/about/, or bloggingawards.org/disclaimer/.
Again, Congratulations, and I hope to see your badge soon!
Sarah Johns

If you try to click on links around their site you end up getting to this page pictured below:

As you can see from the links they posted in their email, they all go to a MedicalCodingandBilling website. (ODD!!!)
I went and looked at all the other blogs that won the same catagory as mine. Over half of them had not been blogged on in over a year. The other blogs were fairly new. (Just screams ODD to me!!)
So we were all wondering what their angle is? I'm guessing that they want you to put their code onto your blog in the form of an "Award" and then you end up being free advertising for them.
Anyone have a better theory? Am I being too paranoid?
I wonder what that snooty idiot blogger who emailed me back has to say about this award now? I will be keeping an eye out to see!
