4-5 children die every day, due to abuse. April is National #ChildAbuseAwareness month. Physical abuse, Emotional abuse and Sexual abuse.... There is no excuse.

I celebrated the end of a crazy tax season by: Running two 5K races on Saturday, one of which was a muddy obstacle course, spent all day Sunday playing at the beach, and all day today at Putah Creek hand feeding peacocks. (Which, FYI, makes me a Disney Princess!) While I may not feel rested for work tomorrow, I do feel strong, limitless, and loved. I can't thank all of my friends and family enough for the Support and Encouragement I was given Saturday to do something that felt impossible; and for all of the listening ears, hugs and kisses I gave and received yesterday and today while I recouped from the last 3 weeks. Who's ready for the next adventure?? #SillyMiss
